I’ve been meaning to write this for far too long, and while life threw some curveballs my way after our trip, I never forgot the incredible support Julie gave us. She acted as our travel agent for Easter last year and truly went above and beyond to make our family holiday stress-free and joyful. From the very start, Julie was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly patient. She helped us find a family-friendly hotel that suited our needs perfectly, and when our flight times changed unexpectedly, she spent her own time sourcing new options—making sure everything was sorted without adding any stress to us. Her care and attention to detail were outstanding. Julie took all the hassle out of planning, and her calm, capable approach made a huge difference for us. She really listened, understood what we needed, and made it happen with kindness and professionalism. I promised her a review because she truly deserves it—and even though it’s late, I hope it reflects how grateful we are. Thank you, Julie, for making our holiday so special. You’re brilliant at what you do, and we couldn’t have asked for better support.

Would highly recommend Julie for all holiday bookings! We're just back from our second trip as a family of 3 (4 yo daughter) that Julie has arranged for us, and it was absolutely perfect. Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, knowing just the right places to suit you. She provided us with 4 great options to choose from, following the brief we sent her, taking away all the hassle of researching and cost comparisons. And then booked everything for us - the dream! I can’t recommend Julie highly enough - trusted her with arranging our 10th wedding anniversary trip - a rare opportunity for a few days without the kids and she was absolutely brilliant, particularly finding us an amazing and totally unique hotel that I would not have come across had I tried to arrange the trip myself. I was in need of some help planning and booking a solo trip to Marrakech, and TLW were great. After a chat about the kind of experience I was looking for, Julie came back with some options for amazing Riads as well as activities for me. The recommendation for the rooftop bar was also really appreciated, as was her message to check in and see if everything was going ok. I’ll definitely be using the service again.

Have had the pleasure of using TravelLustWith for a number of family trips - to Hong Kong, and also Bali over the last few years. After an easy consultation for each trip, we were able to pick the best accommodation for my family - with great location, facilities and levels of luxury that I was looking for every time. Had I booked through other platforms, I’m not sure we would have saved the same amount of money (which also meant we had more budget for the trip itself) or enjoyed the level of detail. Exceptional stays in both locations and would definitely revisit both, and recommend them (Ritz Carlton in Nusa Dua and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong). We also used TLW for transfers - and the level of service there was second to none. Would absolutely use again. Took all the stress away of having to book cabs at the hotel, and wondering if they were going to be on time. Absolutely worth getting a helping hand to nail the perfect holiday.
